What a fantastic ending to our 14-day Christmas market tour across Europe! I loved relaxing in the serene lounge area with complimentary hot beverages after exploring, and the walk-in rain shower was such a treat for my sore muscles. The only slight downside was the room could feel a bit chilly upon return, but it warmed up quickly. Definitely a must-visit for a cozy stay! 😊

What a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, just a short stroll to Old Town, with cafes and shops right outside. My room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The breakfast was a feast with smoked salmon and homemade yogurt. Staff truly went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience!

I was utterly disappointed by the lack of attentive replenishment at breakfast during the last hour. It felt like the hotel prioritized sustainability over guest satisfaction, leaving many items depleted as I arrived. Moreover, the noise from the outside street continued to disturb my peace, making it quite hard to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

What’s great and what’s not

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff provided delightful surprises daily, like jelly bears. The hotel also offered refreshing lemon water in the lobby, a great touch during hot days! !

Minor bathroom odor issues were noted, and the noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disrupted my peace. The shower water pressure was inconsistent at times.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the double room. The bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with free toiletries. However, I faced some noise at night due to the vibrant nightlife outside, which was a bit disruptive. The toilet had a minor leak, prompting me to use towels for two nights. Although the decorating was luxurious, the crowded table with the kettle limited my workspace. I wish I had the room for a small desk to work comfortably.
